Bo, Owner: Bo started J. Bo's in 2003 with the intention of bringing affordable, quality food to Durango - a city he loves more and more each day. He can be seen preparing your delicious food or enjoying a beer with you at the bar.

 

Matt: Matt is the J. Bo's manager and has been a part of the family since the very beginning. He is the one behind that delicious food you’re going to eat.
